Coming in from Denver:
Heading West on I-70 take the 176 Main Vail Exit
Stay Right and merge onto North Frontage Road (still heading west) follow for 1 mile turn Right on Red Sandstone Road follow for ½ a mile.
continue straight onto Forestry Road # 700 11 miles to Piney Lake.
(Remember you are traveling through the White River National Forest, 11 miles will take you 30 45 minutes)
Coming in from Glenwood Springs:
Heading East on I-70 take the 173 West Vail Exit.
Go through the round-about and under the interstate,
turn Right on North Frontage Road follow for 2 miles
turn Left on Red Sandston Road follow for ½ a mile.
continue straight onto Forestry Road # 700 11 miles to Piney Lake.

Please do not drive past North Trail Parking Area. The last mile to our base area is a single lane road open to private riders and there snowmobile trailers. It is not recommended to drive or park on Forestry Road # 700 for our tours.
