Piney River Ranch with its pristine lake and mountains is one of Colorado’s most photographed sites. Piney is a glorious site for a Rocky Mountain Wedding. The historic ranch is located just 11 miles north of the famous Vail Resort. Our wedding deck seats 175 and reaches out over the shimmering waters of Piney Lake with the awesome backdrop of the Gore Mountain Range. The ranch has two covered pavilions with a 250 person seating capacity.

Private Gathering Fees (3 hour minimum)
Inside Lodge: $100.00 (for groups of 25 or smaller)
Private Pavilion: $250.00 (can accommodate up to 140 guests)
Private gathering fees include: tables & seating use of the horseshoe pits, volley ball / badminton net, and 25% off 1 hour canoe rentals.

The ranch offers a variety of activities including: hiking, horseback riding, canoe and kayak rentals, fishing, volleyball, horseshoes, badminton and kids play area. Our full service restaurant and bar is able to cater any size party (see menu). We have 2 covered pavilions with 250 person seating capacity.
